Join CIUTI

If you feel that your T&I insti­tute shares the spirit and qual­ity phi­los­o­phy of CIUTI, you are wel­come to apply for CIUTI mem­ber­ship. The admis­sion pro­ce­dure typ­i­cally takes about one year and is designed to ensure that CIUTI mem­bers share high stan­dards in T&I train­ing and research. The first step on your road to CIUTI is to down­load and fill in the mem­ber­ship appli­ca­tion form.

Full mem­bers

Full mem­ber­ship of CIUTI is restricted to insti­tu­tions of higher edu­ca­tion offer­ing degrees in trans­la­tion, inter­pre­ta­tion and mul­ti­lin­gual or inter­cul­tural com­mu­ni­ca­tion. Full mem­ber­ship is acquired upon suc­cess­ful com­ple­tion of a quality-​based admis­sion pro­ce­dure. Asso­ciate members

Asso­ciate mem­ber­ship of CIUTI can be bestowed on insti­tu­tions, orga­ni­za­tions and asso­ci­a­tions who sub­scribe to the CIUTI mis­sion state­ment and coop­er­ate with CIUTI. Asso­ciate mem­ber­ship is by invi­ta­tion only.
